Incredible Experience at The ONE Massage! From the moment I walked in, I felt relaxed and welcomed. The place is spotless, calm, and smells amazing. The staff are kind, professional, and really know what they’re doing. My therapist listened to what I needed and gave one of the best massages I’ve ever had — perfect pressure and super thorough. I left feeling lighter, refreshed, and totally stress-free. If you’re looking for a great massage at a fair price, this is the one! I’ll definitely be coming back soon and recommending it to friends and family.

I am new to the area and wanted to try this massage place out (despite the odd vibes) to have a massage place to go regularly. I made an appointment via text message and did a one-hour deep tissue massage for $65. I came in and had to pay before the massage. I have had many massages and this one was just not it. It was just basically a body rub, but I wasn't mad. I just realized, this wasn't the place for me. I left the room and the lady with the tattooed eyebrows says it's time to tip so I go to the front desk with her and she pulls out my receipt so I could add the tip. Honestly, I was going to just tip 10% for effort, but she made me really uncomfortable and due to the pressure as she was staring at what I was writing, she asks, "What is that?" and I reply, "$10" (or 15%). She scoffed at me with such ridicule and exclaims, "I did deep tissue!" (because she expected more tip) and then I just stare at her, then she starts speaking in Chinese to herself and I told her that the massage was "just okay." She continues to speak Chinese and then I leave the establishment. It was a disgraceful experience and does not warrant any tip nor any business.

I came by a lil over a month ago. There were two ladies. I had only seen one. They just opened and were still trying to bring things together. I asked for a deep tissue. There was no asking for extra. I felt she did go up and beyond. Very feminine and professional. I left to get more money for a tip but the atm at the bank was out of order. I hope when I come back she remembers me. I would like to try the other lady to see if they both share the shame patios for the work. Again, it’s a newer place. Wish they took card payments. I will be back.
